توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق HomiGo Engineer مع البيانات والصلاحيات عند استخدام التطبيق.
سياسة الخصوصية – HomiGo Engineer
يلتزم تطبيق HomiGo Engineer بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين والشفافية في طريقة استخدام البيانات والصلاحيات داخل التطبيق.
يساعد التطبيق المستخدمين والمهندسين على إدارة المشاريع والمراحل والزيارات اليومية والعمالة والمعدات والكميات والمصروفات والمخاطر والتقارير والتحليلات محليًا داخل الجهاز.
1. جمع المعلومات
لا يطلب التطبيق من المستخدم إدخال معلومات شخصية حساسة كجزء أساسي من استخدامه، مثل رقم الهوية أو العنوان الشخصي.
قد يستخدم التطبيق بعض البيانات المرتبطة بالحساب لأغراض التشغيل، مثل:
- معرّف المستخدم (UID) عبر Firebase Authentication عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني المرتبطان بحساب Google لعرضهما داخل التطبيق
- حالة وضع الضيف عند استخدام التطبيق بدون تسجيل دخول
- إعدادات محلية مثل اللغة والعملة الافتراضية
2. تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google
يوفر التطبيق خيار تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google من خلال Firebase Authentication.
- يُستخدم تسجيل الدخول للتحقق من هوية المستخدم داخل التطبيق
- قد يتم حفظ الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف المستخدم (UID) لأغراض تشغيلية
- لا يقوم التطبيق بقراءة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني أو جهات الاتصال أو ملفات Google Drive الخاصة بالمستخدم
- لا يتم بيع بيانات الحساب أو مشاركتها لأغراض تسويقية مستقلة
3. وضع الضيف
يمكن للمستخدم استخدام التطبيق كضيف بدون تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google.
- يتم تشغيل وضع الضيف محليًا داخل التطبيق
- لا يحتاج وضع الضيف إلى اتصال بالإنترنت
- لا يتم إنشاء حساب Firebase للمستخدم عند اختيار وضع الضيف
- تبقى بيانات المشاريع التي ينشئها المستخدم في وضع الضيف محفوظة محليًا على الجهاز
4. بيانات المشاريع والهندسة
قد يقوم المستخدم بإدخال بيانات متعلقة بالمشاريع، مثل:
- بيانات المشروع الأساسية مثل الاسم، النوع، المالك، المقاول، الاستشاري، الموقع، العملة، الميزانية، وقيمة العقد
- مراحل المشروع والجدول الزمني والتقدم المخطط والفعلي
- الزيارات اليومية والملاحظات والقرارات والمشاكل
- بيانات العمالة والمعدات والكميات والحاسبات الهندسية
- المصروفات وكشف الحساب والمخاطر وصحة المشروع
- التقارير وملفات النسخ الاحتياطي
يتم تخزين هذه البيانات محليًا داخل جهاز المستخدم باستخدام التخزين المحلي للتطبيق، ولا يتم رفعها إلى خوادمنا من خلال ميزات التطبيق الأساسية.
5. استخدام المعلومات
تُستخدم البيانات والصلاحيات للأغراض التالية:
- تمكين المستخدم من إنشاء وإدارة المشاريع محليًا
- عرض بيانات المراحل والزيارات والعمالة والمعدات والكميات والمصروفات
- إنشاء تقارير محلية عن المشروع
- تقديم مؤشرات وتحليلات محلية عن صحة المشروع والمخاطر والتأخير والتكاليف
- حفظ إعدادات المستخدم مثل اللغة والعملة الافتراضية
- تمكين النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة عند طلب المستخدم
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم والامتثال لسياسات Google Play
6. مشاركة المعلومات
لا يتم بيع بيانات المستخدم أو بيانات المشاريع. قد تتم مشاركة بيانات محدودة فقط مع خدمات Google اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من الحساب، مثل Google LLC من خلال Firebase Authentication وGoogle Sign-In.
لا يتم إرسال بيانات المشاريع المحلية مثل المصروفات، الكميات، المعدات، المخاطر، أو التقارير إلى خوادمنا من خلال ميزات التطبيق الأساسية.
7. التخزين المحلي
جميع بيانات المشاريع التي يُدخلها المستخدم داخل التطبيق:
- تُخزّن محليًا على جهاز المستخدم فقط
- لا يتم رفعها إلى أي خادم خارجي من خلال الاستخدام الأساسي للتطبيق
- لا يمكن للمطور أو أي جهة خارجية الوصول إليها ما دامت محفوظة محليًا فقط على جهاز المستخدم
- يمكن حذفها من خلال حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف
8. التقارير وتصدير الملفات
يوفر التطبيق ميزات اختيارية لإنشاء تقارير عن بيانات المشاريع، مثل تقارير PDF أو تقارير داخلية أخرى.
- قد تحتوي التقارير على بيانات المشروع والمراحل والزيارات والكميات والمصروفات والمخاطر والحسابات الهندسية
- يتم إنشاء التقارير داخل التطبيق عند طلب المستخدم فقط
- لا يتم رفع التقارير إلى خوادمنا من خلال هذه الميزة
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حفظ أو مشاركة التقارير في مكان آمن، لأنها قد تحتوي على بيانات مالية أو تشغيلية خاصة بالمشروع
9. النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة
يوفر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية لإنشاء نسخة احتياطية محلية من بيانات HomiGo Engineer عند طلب المستخدم فقط.
- قد تحتوي النسخة الاحتياطية على بيانات المشاريع والمراحل والزيارات اليومية والعمالة والمعدات والجدول الزمني والمخاطر والكميات والمصروفات والحسابات والحاسبات الهندسية والإعدادات المحلية
- يتم إنشاء النسخة الاحتياطية كملف محلي يمكن للمستخدم حفظه أو مشاركته حسب اختياره
- لا يتم رفع ملف النسخة الاحتياطية إلى خوادمنا من خلال هذه الميزة
- عند الاستعادة، يتم قراءة ملف النسخة الاحتياطية الذي يختاره المستخدم واستعادة البيانات محليًا داخل التطبيق
- قد تستبدل عملية الاستعادة البيانات الحالية بالبيانات الموجودة داخل ملف النسخة الاحتياطية
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حفظ ملف النسخة الاحتياطية في مكان آمن، لأن أي شخص يحصل على هذا الملف قد يتمكن من الوصول إلى البيانات الموجودة داخله.
10. الأذونات
قد يطلب التطبيق بعض الأذونات فقط عند الحاجة الفعلية لميزة معينة.
- قد يتم استخدام صلاحيات اختيار الملفات عند استعادة نسخة احتياطية يختارها المستخدم
- قد يتم استخدام ميزة مشاركة الملفات عند إنشاء نسخة احتياطية أو تقرير ومشاركته
- إذا أضاف التطبيق لاحقًا ميزة التقاط صور للموقع أو المرفقات، فسيتم طلب إذن الكاميرا أو الصور فقط عند استخدام تلك الميزة مباشرة
- لا يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا أو الملفات أو الصور في الخلفية دون تفاعل مباشر من المستخدم
11. الاشتراكات والإعلانات
لا يعتمد الإصدار الحالي من التطبيق على الإعلانات كجزء أساسي من تشغيله. وإذا تمت إضافة اشتراكات أو إعلانات في المستقبل، سيتم تحديث هذه السياسة لتوضيح نوع البيانات المستخدمة وطريقة التعامل معها.
12. حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف الحساب أو أي بيانات مرتبطة بالحساب على الخادم، إن وجدت، عبر التواصل على البريد الإلكتروني التالي:

- حذف بيانات الحساب المرتبطة بالمستخدم من خدمات Firebase عند توفرها
- حذف أي بيانات محفوظة على خوادمنا إن وجدت
- عدم إمكانية استرجاع البيانات بعد تنفيذ الحذف
ملاحظة: بيانات المشاريع المحفوظة محليًا على الجهاز يمكن حذفها من خلال حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف.
13. أمان البيانات
نستخدم خدمات موثوقة مثل Firebase Authentication لتسجيل الدخول، ونعتمد على التخزين المحلي داخل الجهاز لحفظ بيانات المشاريع. ومع ذلك، يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حماية جهازه وملفات النسخ الاحتياطي والتقارير التي يقوم بتصديرها أو مشاركتها.
14. الفئة العمرية
التطبيق مخصص للمستخدمين الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا أو أكثر، ولا يستهدف الأطفال.
15. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر أي تحديث داخل التطبيق أو على صفحة المتجر أو في هذه الصفحة.

This policy explains how HomiGo Engineer handles data and permissions when using the application.
Privacy Policy – HomiGo Engineer
HomiGo Engineer is committed to protecting user privacy and being transparent about how data and permissions are used inside the app.
The app is designed to help engineers and users manage projects, stages, daily site visits, labor, equipment, quantities, expenses, risks, reports, and smart project insights locally on the device.
1. Information Collection
The app does not require users to enter sensitive personal information such as national ID numbers or personal addresses as a core part of its usage.
The app may use certain account-related data for operational purposes, such as:
- User Identifier (UID) through Firebase Authentication when signing in with Google
- Name and email address linked to the Google account for display inside the app
- Guest mode status when the app is used without Google sign-in
- Local settings such as language and default currency
2. Google Sign-In
The app provides Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication.
- Google sign-in is used to authenticate the user inside the app
- The app may store the user’s name, email address, and UID for operational purposes
- The app does not read the user’s emails, contacts, or Google Drive files
- Account data is not sold or shared for independent marketing purposes
3. Guest Mode
Users may use the app as a guest without signing in with Google.
- Guest mode is handled locally inside the app
- Guest mode does not require an internet connection
- No Firebase account is created when guest mode is selected
- Project data created in guest mode remains stored locally on the device
4. Project and Engineering Data
Users may enter project-related data, including:
- Basic project information such as name, type, owner, contractor, consultant, location, currency, budget, and contract value
- Project stages, timeline, planned and actual progress
- Daily site visits, notes, decisions, and issues
- Labor, equipment, quantities, and engineering calculations
- Expenses, account statements, risks, and project health indicators
- Reports and backup files
This data is stored locally on the user’s device using the app’s local storage and is not uploaded to our servers through the app’s core features.
5. Use of Information
Data and permissions are used for the following purposes:
- Allowing users to create and manage projects locally
- Displaying stages, visits, labor, equipment, quantities, and expense records
- Generating local project reports
- Providing local indicators and insights about project health, risks, delays, and costs
- Saving user settings such as language and default currency
- Enabling backup and restore when requested by the user
- Improving user experience and complying with Google Play policies
6. Sharing Information
We do not sell user data or project data. Limited account data may be shared only with Google services required for sign-in and authentication, such as Google LLC through Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In.
Local project data such as expenses, quantities, equipment, risks, or reports is not sent to our servers through the app’s core features.
7. Local Storage
All project data entered by the user inside the app:
- Is stored locally on the user’s device only
- Is not uploaded to any external server through the app’s core usage
- Cannot be accessed by the developer or any external party as long as it remains stored locally only on the user’s device
- Can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from the phone settings
8. Reports and File Export
The app provides optional features to generate project reports, such as PDF reports or other internal reports.
- Reports may include project data, stages, visits, quantities, expenses, risks, and engineering calculations
- Reports are generated inside the app only when requested by the user
- Reports are not uploaded to our servers through this feature
- The user is responsible for keeping or sharing exported reports securely because they may contain financial or operational project data
9. Backup and Restore
The app provides an optional local backup feature for HomiGo Engineer data when requested by the user.
- The backup may include projects, stages, daily site visits, labor, equipment, timeline, risks, quantities, expenses, accounts, engineering calculations, and local settings
- The backup is created as a local file that the user may save or share at their choice
- The backup file is not uploaded to our servers through this feature
- During restore, the app reads the backup file selected by the user and restores the data locally inside the app
- Restore may replace current data with the data inside the selected backup file
The user is responsible for keeping the backup file in a secure place, because anyone with access to the file may be able to access the data stored inside it.
10. Permissions
The app may request certain permissions only when needed for a specific feature.
- File selection permissions may be used when restoring a backup file selected by the user
- File sharing features may be used when creating and sharing a backup or report
- If the app later adds site photo or attachment capture features, camera or photo permissions will be requested only when the user directly uses those features
- The app does not use the camera, files, or photos in the background without direct user interaction
11. Subscriptions and Ads
The current version of the app does not rely on advertising as a core part of its operation. If subscriptions or ads are added in the future, this policy will be updated to explain what data is used and how it is handled.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account or any server-side account data, if any, by contacting:

- Delete Firebase account-related data when available
- Delete any data stored on our servers, if any
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion is completed
Note: project data stored locally on the device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from phone settings.
13. Data Security
We use trusted services such as Firebase Authentication for sign-in, and we rely on local device storage for project data. However, the user is responsible for protecting their device, backup files, and any reports they export or share.
14. Age Group
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed toward children.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, and any update will be published inside the app, on the store page, or on this page.
