توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق HomiGo Car مع البيانات والصلاحيات عند استخدام التطبيق.
سياسة الخصوصية – HomiGo Car
يلتزم تطبيق HomiGo Car بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين والشفافية في طريقة استخدام البيانات والصلاحيات داخل التطبيق.
1. جمع المعلومات
لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع معلومات شخصية حساسة بشكل مباشر مثل رقم الهاتف أو العنوان كجزء أساسي من استخدامه.
وقد يستخدم التطبيق بعض البيانات المرتبطة بالحساب لأغراض التشغيل، مثل:
- معرّف المستخدم (UID) عبر Firebase Authentication عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google
- البريد الإلكتروني واسم الحساب عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google
كما قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمات طرف ثالث مثل Firebase، والتي قد تجمع معلومات تقنية تلقائيًا، مثل:
- نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل
- معلومات عامة عن أداء التطبيق
- بيانات الأعطال الفنية
- عنوان IP بشكل غير مباشر من خلال خدمات Google
2. بيانات السيارة
قد يقوم المستخدم بإدخال بيانات السيارة داخل التطبيق، مثل:
- نوع السيارة
- الموديل
- سنة الصنع
- عداد الكيلومترات
- نوع الوقود
- سجلات الوقود
- سجلات الصيانة
- المصروفات
- التذكيرات والملاحظات
يتم استخدام هذه البيانات فقط لتمكين ميزات إدارة السيارة داخل التطبيق.
3. تخزين بيانات السيارة
بيانات السيارة والسجلات التي يدخلها المستخدم:
- تُخزّن محليًا على جهاز المستخدم داخل مساحة التطبيق
- لا يتم بيعها لأي طرف ثالث
- لا تُستخدم لأغراض إعلانية
- يمكن حذفها من خلال حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف
4. النسخ الاحتياطي المحلي والاستعادة
قد يتيح التطبيق للمستخدم إنشاء نسخة احتياطية محلية من بياناته داخل التطبيق، مثل بيانات السيارة وسجلات الوقود والصيانة والمصروفات والتذكيرات وإعدادات التطبيق.
- يتم إنشاء ملف النسخة الاحتياطية محليًا على جهاز المستخدم أو في موقع يختاره المستخدم
- لا يقوم التطبيق برفع ملف النسخة الاحتياطية إلى خوادم Beti Connect Ltd
- لا تتحمل Beti Connect Ltd مسؤولية فقدان ملف النسخة الاحتياطية بعد تصديره
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حفظ ملف النسخة الاحتياطية وحمايته وعدم مشاركته مع أطراف غير موثوقة
- إذا اختار المستخدم مشاركة الملف أو حفظه عبر تطبيقات أو خدمات خارجية، فإن ذلك يخضع لسياسات تلك الخدمات
عند استيراد نسخة احتياطية، قد يتم استبدال البيانات المحلية الحالية داخل التطبيق بالبيانات الموجودة في ملف النسخة الاحتياطية.
5. إذن Bluetooth والأجهزة المجاورة
قد يطلب التطبيق إذن Bluetooth أو الأجهزة المجاورة فقط عند استخدام ميزة الاتصال بجهاز OBD.
- يُستخدم Bluetooth فقط للبحث عن جهاز OBD والاتصال به
- لا يتم استخدام Bluetooth لتحديد موقع المستخدم
- لا يتم الاتصال بأي جهاز دون تفاعل مباشر من المستخدم
- لا يتم استخدام Bluetooth في الخلفية لتتبع المستخدم
6. إذن الموقع على Android 11 أو أقل
في بعض إصدارات Android القديمة، قد يطلب النظام إذن الموقع عند استخدام فحص Bluetooth.
هذا متطلب تقني من نظام Android لفحص أجهزة Bluetooth.
- لا يستخدم التطبيق الموقع لتتبع المستخدم
- لا يستخدم التطبيق الموقع في الخلفية
- لا يتم حفظ أو مشاركة موقع المستخدم من خلال ميزة OBD
7. اتصال OBD وبيانات التشخيص
عند استخدام ميزة OBD، يمكن للمستخدم الاتصال بجهاز خارجي مثل ELM327 عبر Bluetooth أو WiFi.
- يتم استخدام الاتصال فقط لقراءة البيانات المتاحة من جهاز OBD عند طلب المستخدم
- قد تشمل البيانات أكواد الأعطال أو بعض قراءات السيارة المتاحة
- تعتمد دقة البيانات وتوفرها على نوع السيارة وجهاز OBD المستخدم
- التطبيق لا يُعد بديلًا عن الفحص الفني أو الميكانيكي المتخصص
8. إذن الإشعارات
قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات لإرسال تذكيرات مرتبطة بالسيارة، مثل:
- تذكير الصيانة
- تذكير تغيير الزيت
- تذكير التأمين
- تذكير التسجيل أو الفحص
- تذكيرات أخرى يحددها المستخدم
لا يتم استخدام الإشعارات لأغراض مزعجة أو غير مرتبطة بوظائف التطبيق الأساسية.
9. استخدام المعلومات
تُستخدم البيانات والصلاحيات للأغراض التالية:
- إدارة بيانات السيارة داخل التطبيق
- حفظ سجلات الصيانة والوقود والمصروفات
- إرسال تذكيرات السيارة عند طلب المستخدم
- تمكين الاتصال بجهاز OBD عند اختيار المستخدم
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم
- التحقق من تسجيل الدخول عبر Google عند استخدامه
- الامتثال لسياسات Google Play
10. مشاركة المعلومات
قد تتم معالجة بعض البيانات من خلال:
- Google LLC من خلال Firebase Authentication وخدمات Google
ولا يتم بيع بيانات السيارة أو مشاركتها مع أي أطراف أخرى خارج ما هو مذكور في هذه السياسة.
11. تسجيل الدخول عبر Google
عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google، يستخدم التطبيق بيانات الحساب الأساسية فقط لتسجيل المستخدم داخل التطبيق.
- لا يتم الوصول إلى ملفات Google Drive
- لا يتم الوصول إلى Gmail
- لا يتم الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال
- لا يتم استخدام الحساب لأي غرض خارج تشغيل التطبيق
12. الاشتراكات أو المشتريات
يوفر تطبيق HomiGo Car اشتراكًا شهريًا اختياريًا يفتح ميزات OBD المتقدمة داخل التطبيق.
تشمل ميزات الاشتراك المدفوع، على سبيل المثال:
- الاتصال بجهاز OBD عبر Bluetooth عند اختيار المستخدم
- قراءة بيانات السيارة الحية المتاحة من جهاز OBD
- عرض بعض قراءات السيارة مثل جهد البطارية وحرارة سائل التبريد وعدد دورات المحرك وحمل المحرك عند توفرها
- تشغيل ميزات التشخيص وفحص صحة السيارة داخل التطبيق
- الوصول إلى شاشة التشخيص وميزات OBD المتقدمة
تبقى ميزات إدارة السيارة الأساسية متاحة داخل التطبيق، مثل إضافة بيانات السيارة وسجلات الوقود والصيانة والمصروفات والتذكيرات، بحسب ما يتيحه التطبيق.
تتم عمليات الدفع وإدارة الاشتراك من خلال Google Play فقط. لا يقوم تطبيق HomiGo Car ولا Beti Connect Ltd بتخزين أو معالجة بيانات بطاقة الدفع أو معلومات الدفع البنكية.
يستخدم التطبيق بيانات محدودة مرتبطة بالحساب والشراء فقط للتحقق من حالة الاشتراك وتفعيل أو إيقاف الميزات المدفوعة. قد تشمل هذه البيانات معرّف المستخدم (UID)، معرّف المنتج، رمز الشراء، حالة الاشتراك، تاريخ العملية، وتاريخ انتهاء الاشتراك.
لا تُستخدم بيانات الاشتراك أو الشراء لأغراض إعلانية، ولا يتم بيعها لأي طرف ثالث. تُستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لأغراض التحقق من الاشتراك، منع إساءة الاستخدام، الامتثال لسياسات Google Play، وتشغيل الميزات المدفوعة داخل التطبيق.
يمكن للمستخدم إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من خلال حسابه في Google Play وفقًا لسياسات Google Play المعمول بها.
13. حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت عبر التواصل على البريد الإلكتروني التالي:

عند طلب الحذف، سيتم تنفيذ الآتي:
- حذف أي بيانات مرتبطة بالحساب محفوظة على الخادم إن وجدت
- حذف بيانات تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة بالحساب حسب الإمكانات المتاحة
- عدم إمكانية استرجاع البيانات بعد تنفيذ الحذف
ملاحظة: بيانات السيارة والسجلات والتذكيرات المحفوظة محليًا على الجهاز
يمكن حذفها من خلال حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف.
14. الفئة العمرية
التطبيق مخصص للمستخدمين الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا أو أكثر، ولا يستهدف الأطفال.
15. حدود المسؤولية
تطبيق HomiGo Car مخصص للمساعدة في إدارة بيانات السيارة والتذكيرات وقراءة بيانات OBD عند توفرها.
لا يُعد التطبيق بديلًا عن الفحص الفني أو الصيانة لدى مختص مؤهل.
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التحقق من حالة السيارة واتخاذ قرارات الصيانة المناسبة.
16. نفي الضمانات
يتم توفير تطبيق HomiGo Car كما هو وكما هو متاح دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية من أي نوع.
لا تضمن Beti Connect Ltd أن يكون التطبيق خاليًا من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات أو الأعطال أو أن تكون جميع النتائج أو القراءات أو التذكيرات دقيقة أو كاملة أو مناسبة لكل مركبة أو حالة.
لا تقدم Beti Connect Ltd أي ضمان بأن بيانات التشخيص أو أكواد الأعطال أو قراءات OBD أو التذكيرات أو السجلات المعروضة داخل التطبيق ستكون صحيحة دائمًا أو محدثة أو كافية لاتخاذ قرار فني أو ميكانيكي.
يقر المستخدم بأن استخدام التطبيق يكون على مسؤوليته الخاصة، وأن أي اعتماد على المعلومات أو النتائج أو التذكيرات أو التنبيهات التي يقدمها التطبيق يتم وفق تقديره الشخصي فقط.
17. عدم الاعتماد على التطبيق كبديل للصيانة أو الفحص
لا يُعد تطبيق HomiGo Car أداة فحص فني معتمدة، ولا يُعد بديلًا عن الصيانة الدورية أو الفحص لدى مركز صيانة أو فني أو ميكانيكي مؤهل.
المعلومات التي يوفرها التطبيق، بما في ذلك بيانات OBD أو أكواد الأعطال أو التذكيرات أو سجلات الصيانة، هي معلومات مساعدة وتنظيمية فقط.
يجب على المستخدم دائمًا الرجوع إلى دليل السيارة، أو الوكيل، أو مركز الصيانة، أو المختص المؤهل قبل اتخاذ أي قرار متعلق بإصلاح المركبة أو قيادتها أو صيانتها أو إيقاف استخدامها.
لا ينبغي للمستخدم تجاهل أي علامات تحذيرية في السيارة أو أصوات غير طبيعية أو روائح أو أعطال ظاهرة اعتمادًا على التطبيق فقط.
وفي حال الشك بوجود خلل أو خطر، يجب إيقاف استخدام المركبة والتواصل مع مختص مؤهل فورًا.
18. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الأضرار وسوء الاستخدام
لا تتحمل Beti Connect Ltd أو مالكوها أو إدارتها أو موظفوها أو شركاؤها أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية قد تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه أو الاعتماد على نتائجه أو إساءة استخدامه.
ويشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- أي تلف أو ضرر في المركبة
- أي خسائر مالية أو تكاليف صيانة أو إصلاح
- أي حوادث أو إصابات أو أضرار في الممتلكات
- أي قرارات صيانة أو قيادة يتم اتخاذها بناءً على بيانات التطبيق
- أي ضرر ناتج عن استخدام جهاز OBD غير مناسب أو غير موثوق
- أي ضرر ناتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة داخل التطبيق
- أي ضرر ناتج عن تجاهل الفحص الفني أو تعليمات الشركة المصنعة للمركبة
يتحمل المستخدم وحده مسؤولية استخدام التطبيق والأجهزة المرتبطة به بطريقة آمنة وصحيحة، ويتحمل مسؤولية أي نتائج مترتبة على إساءة الاستخدام أو الاعتماد غير الصحيح على المعلومات المعروضة.
19. أجهزة OBD والأجهزة الخارجية
قد يعمل التطبيق مع أجهزة خارجية مثل أجهزة OBD أو ELM327، إلا أن هذه الأجهزة لا يتم تصنيعها أو التحكم بها من قبل Beti Connect Ltd.
لذلك لا تتحمل Beti Connect Ltd أي مسؤولية عن جودة أو دقة أو سلامة أو توافق أي جهاز خارجي يستخدمه المستخدم مع التطبيق.
يجب على المستخدم التأكد من أن جهاز OBD المستخدم مناسب وآمن ومتوافق مع مركبته، وأن استخدامه لا يخالف تعليمات الشركة المصنعة أو يؤثر على سلامة المركبة.
20. مسؤولية المستخدم
يوافق المستخدم على استخدام التطبيق بطريقة قانونية وآمنة ومسؤولة، وعلى عدم استخدامه أثناء القيادة بطريقة قد تسبب التشتت أو الخطر.
كما يوافق المستخدم على أن التطبيق أداة مساعدة فقط، وأنه المسؤول عن مراجعة البيانات والتحقق منها واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.
يجب على المستخدم تحديث بيانات السيارة والسجلات والتذكيرات يدويًا بشكل صحيح، حيث إن أي بيانات غير دقيقة قد تؤدي إلى تذكيرات أو نتائج غير دقيقة.
21. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية

This policy explains how HomiGo Car handles data and permissions when using the application.
Privacy Policy – HomiGo Car
HomiGo Car is committed to protecting user privacy and being transparent about how data and permissions are used inside the app.
1. Information Collection
The app does not directly collect sensitive personal information such as phone numbers or addresses
as a core part of its usage.
The app may use certain account-related data for operational purposes, such as:
- User Identifier (UID) through Firebase Authentication when signing in with Google
- Email address and account name when signing in with Google
The app may also use third-party services such as Firebase, which may automatically collect technical data, including:
- Device type and operating system
- General app performance information
- Crash data
- IP address indirectly through Google services
2. Vehicle Data
The user may enter vehicle data inside the app, such as:
- Vehicle brand
- Vehicle model
- Manufacturing year
- Current odometer reading
- Fuel type
- Fuel logs
- Maintenance records
- Expenses
- Reminders and notes
This data is used only to enable vehicle management features inside the app.
3. Vehicle Data Storage
Vehicle data and records entered by the user:
- Are stored locally on the user’s device within the app storage
- Are not sold to any third party
- Are not used for advertising purposes
- Can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from phone settings
4. Local Backup and Restore
The app may allow users to create a local backup file containing their app data, such as vehicle data, fuel logs, maintenance records, expenses, reminders, and app settings.
- The backup file is created locally on the user’s device or in a location selected by the user
- The app does not upload the backup file to Beti Connect Ltd servers
- Beti Connect Ltd is not responsible for the loss of exported backup files
- The user is responsible for storing, protecting, and not sharing the backup file with untrusted parties
- If the user chooses to share or store the backup file using third-party apps or services, that action is subject to the policies of those services
When importing a backup file, the current local data inside the app may be replaced with the data contained in the backup file.
5. Bluetooth and Nearby Devices Permission
The app may request Bluetooth or Nearby Devices permission only when using the OBD connection feature.
- Bluetooth is used only to find and connect to an OBD device
- Bluetooth is not used to determine the user’s location
- No device is connected without direct user interaction
- Bluetooth is not used in the background to track the user
6. Location Permission on Android 11 and Below
On some older Android versions, the system may require location permission for Bluetooth scanning.
This is a technical Android requirement for scanning Bluetooth devices.
- The app does not use location to track the user
- The app does not use location in the background
- The user’s location is not stored or shared through the OBD feature
7. OBD Connection and Diagnostic Data
When using the OBD feature, the user may connect an external device such as ELM327 via Bluetooth or WiFi.
- The connection is used only to read available data from the OBD device at the user’s request
- Data may include fault codes or some available vehicle readings
- Data accuracy and availability depend on the vehicle type and OBD device used
- The app is not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection or repair
8. Notifications Permission
The app may request notification permission to send vehicle-related reminders, such as:
- Maintenance reminders
- Oil change reminders
- Insurance reminders
- Registration or inspection reminders
- Other reminders set by the user
Notifications are not used for unrelated or intrusive purposes.
9. Use of Information
Data and permissions are used for the following purposes:
- Managing vehicle data inside the app
- Saving maintenance, fuel, and expense records
- Sending vehicle reminders when requested by the user
- Enabling OBD connection when selected by the user
- Improving app performance and user experience
- Verifying Google Sign-In when used
- Complying with Google Play policies
10. Sharing Information
Some data may be processed through:
- Google LLC through Firebase Authentication and Google services
Vehicle data is not sold or shared with any other parties beyond what is stated in this policy.
11. Google Sign-In
When signing in with Google, the app uses only basic account data to register the user inside the app.
- The app does not access Google Drive
- The app does not access Gmail
- The app does not access Contacts
- The account is not used for any purpose outside operating the app
12. Subscriptions or Purchases
HomiGo Car offers an optional monthly subscription that unlocks advanced OBD features inside the app.
Paid subscription features may include, for example:
- Connecting to an OBD device via Bluetooth when selected by the user
- Reading available live vehicle data from the OBD device
- Displaying certain vehicle readings such as battery voltage, coolant temperature, engine RPM, and engine load when available
- Using in-app vehicle diagnostics and vehicle health check features
- Accessing the diagnostics screen and advanced OBD features
Basic vehicle management features remain available inside the app, such as adding vehicle information, fuel records, maintenance records, expenses, and reminders, depending on the features provided by the app.
Payments and subscription management are handled only through Google Play. HomiGo Car and Beti Connect Ltd do not store or process payment card information or bank payment details.
The app uses limited account and purchase-related data only to verify subscription status and enable or disable paid features. This data may include the user identifier (UID), product ID, purchase token, subscription status, transaction date, and subscription expiry date.
Subscription and purchase data is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to any third party. It is used only for subscription verification, abuse prevention, Google Play policy compliance, and enabling paid features inside the app.
Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their Google Play account according to the applicable Google Play policies.
13. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and related data at any time by contacting:

When a deletion request is made, the following will be done:
- Delete any account-related data stored on the server, if any
- Delete sign-in data linked to the account where technically available
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion is completed
Note: Vehicle data, records, and reminders stored locally on the device
can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from phone settings.
14. Age Group
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed toward children.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
HomiGo Car is intended to help manage vehicle data, reminders, and read OBD data when available.
The app is not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection or maintenance.
The user is responsible for verifying the vehicle condition and making appropriate maintenance decisions.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
HomiGo Car is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
Beti Connect Ltd does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from defects, or that all results, readings, reminders, or information will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for every vehicle or situation.
Beti Connect Ltd makes no warranty that diagnostic data, fault codes, OBD readings, reminders, or records displayed inside the app will always be correct, updated, or sufficient for making any technical or mechanical decision.
The user acknowledges that use of the app is at their own risk, and any reliance on information, results, reminders, alerts, or readings provided by the app is done solely at the user’s own discretion.
17. Not a Substitute for Maintenance or Professional Inspection
HomiGo Car is not a certified vehicle inspection tool and is not a substitute for regular maintenance, professional inspection, or service by a qualified technician, mechanic, service center, or vehicle manufacturer.
Any information provided by the app, including OBD data, fault codes, reminders, and maintenance records, is for assistance and organization purposes only.
Users should always refer to the vehicle manual, dealer, service center, manufacturer, or a qualified professional before making any decision related to repairing, driving, maintaining, or stopping the use of a vehicle.
Users should not ignore warning lights, unusual sounds, smells, visible defects, or any signs of malfunction based only on the app.
If there is any suspicion of a fault, risk, or unsafe condition, the user should stop using the vehicle and contact a qualified professional immediately.
18. Liability Disclaimer for Damages and Misuse
Beti Connect Ltd, its owners, management, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of the app, inability to use the app, reliance on its results, or misuse of the app.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any damage or defect affecting the vehicle
- Any financial loss, maintenance cost, or repair cost
- Any accidents, injuries, or property damage
- Any maintenance or driving decisions made based on app data
- Any damage caused by an unsuitable, defective, or unreliable OBD device
- Any damage caused by incorrect data entered into the app
- Any damage caused by ignoring professional inspection or the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions
The user is solely responsible for using the app and any connected devices safely and correctly, and for any consequences resulting from misuse or improper reliance on the information displayed.
19. OBD Devices and External Hardware
The app may work with external devices such as OBD or ELM327 devices; however, these devices are not manufactured, controlled, or guaranteed by Beti Connect Ltd.
Therefore, Beti Connect Ltd is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, compatibility, or performance of any external device used with the app.
The user must ensure that any OBD device used is suitable, safe, and compatible with their vehicle, and that its use does not violate the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions or affect vehicle safety.
20. User Responsibility
The user agrees to use the app legally, safely, and responsibly, and not to use it while driving in a way that may cause distraction or danger.
The user also agrees that the app is only an assistive tool and that the user is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting upon information appropriately.
The user must manually keep vehicle data, records, and reminders accurate and updated, as inaccurate data may lead to inaccurate reminders or results.

This policy may be updated from time to time, and any update will be published inside the app,
