ما الذي سيتم حذفه؟
عند استلام طلب الحذف والتحقق منه، سيتم حذف البيانات المرتبطة بالحساب من الخادم إن وجدت، مثل:
- بيانات الحساب المرتبطة بتسجيل الدخول
- معرّف المستخدم المرتبط بالحساب
- بيانات الاشتراك أو حالة الوصول داخل التطبيق إن وجدت
- أي بيانات حساب محفوظة على الخادم إن وجدت
البيانات المحلية على الجهاز
يعتمد تطبيق HomiGo Engineer على التخزين المحلي داخل جهاز المستخدم لحفظ بيانات المشاريع والسجلات والمصروفات والمراحل والتقارير.
لحذف البيانات المحلية المحفوظة على جهازك، يمكنك حذف التطبيق من الجهاز أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف.
مدة تنفيذ الطلب
سنعمل على مراجعة وتنفيذ طلب حذف الحساب خلال مدة معقولة بعد استلام الطلب والتحقق من ملكية الحساب.
ملاحظات مهمة
- بعد حذف الحساب، قد لا يمكن استرجاع البيانات المحذوفة.
- قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات المحدودة إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا قانونيًا أو أمنيًا.
- حذف التطبيق من الجهاز لا يعني دائمًا حذف الحساب من الخادم إذا كان الحساب مسجلًا عبر Google.
- حذف الحساب لا يلغي أي اشتراك نشط من Google Play، ويجب إلغاء الاشتراك من خلال حساب Google Play عند الحاجة.

Account and Data Deletion Request – HomiGo Engineer
If you would like to delete your account and related data from the HomiGo Engineer app, you may submit an account deletion request by contacting us at:

Please send the request with the subject:
HomiGo Engineer Account Deletion Request
Required Information
To help us verify your account and process your request, please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered name, if available
- The email address used to sign in with Google
- A clear statement that you want to delete your HomiGo Engineer account
What Will Be Deleted?
After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete account-related data stored on our server, if any, such as:
- Account data linked to your sign-in
- User identifier linked to your account
- Subscription or access status data, if available
- Any account-related server data, if available
Local Data on Your Device
HomiGo Engineer uses local storage on the user’s device to store project data, records, expenses, stages, and reports.
To delete local data stored on your device, you can uninstall the app or clear the app data from your phone settings.
Processing Time
We will review and process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request and verifying account ownership.
Important Notes
- After account deletion, deleted data may not be recoverable.
- We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
- Uninstalling the app does not always delete a server-side account if the account was created using Google Sign-In.
- Deleting your account does not cancel any active Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account if needed.
