توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق HomiGo Budget مع البيانات والصلاحيات عند استخدام التطبيق.
سياسة الخصوصية – HomiGo Budget
يلتزم تطبيق HomiGo Budget بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين والشفافية في طريقة استخدام البيانات والصلاحيات داخل التطبيق.
1. جمع المعلومات
لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع معلومات شخصية حساسة بشكل مباشر مثل رقم الهاتف أو العنوان كجزء أساسي من استخدامه.
وقد يستخدم التطبيق بعض البيانات المرتبطة بالحساب لأغراض التشغيل، مثل:
- معرّف المستخدم (UID) عبر Firebase Authentication عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google
- بيانات الاشتراك مثل حالة الاشتراك وتاريخ الانتهاء
كما يستخدم التطبيق خدمات طرف ثالث مثل Google AdMob، والتي قد تجمع معلومات تقنية تلقائيًا، مثل:
- معرّف الإعلانات (Advertising ID)
- نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل
- معلومات عامة عن استخدام التطبيق
- عنوان IP بشكل غير مباشر
2. إذن الكاميرا
قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى الكاميرا فقط عند استخدام ميزات مرتبطة بالفواتير بشكل مباشر من قبل المستخدم،
مثل مسح رمز QR أو الباركود، أو تصوير الفاتورة لإرفاقها بالمصروف.
- يتم طلب إذن الكاميرا فقط عند الحاجة الفعلية لميزة المسح أو التصوير
- يُستخدم إذن الكاميرا فقط لقراءة رمز QR أو الباركود، أو لالتقاط صورة الفاتورة عند طلب المستخدم
- لا يتم استخدام الكاميرا دون تفاعل مباشر من المستخدم
- لا يتم استخدام الكاميرا في الخلفية
3. تصوير الفاتورة وحفظها
عند استخدام ميزة تصوير الفاتورة داخل التطبيق:
- يتم التقاط صورة الفاتورة من خلال الكاميرا عند طلب المستخدم فقط
- يتم تحويل صورة الفاتورة إلى ملف PDF داخل التطبيق
- يتم حفظ ملف PDF محليًا داخل مساحة التطبيق على جهاز المستخدم فقط
- لا يتم رفع صورة الفاتورة أو ملف PDF إلى خوادمنا من خلال هذه الميزة
- لا يتم إرسال صورة الفاتورة أو ملف PDF إلى أي طرف ثالث من خلال هذه الميزة
4. مسح الباركود أو QR
عند استخدام ميزة مسح الباركود أو رمز QR:
- تتم قراءة محتوى الرمز داخل التطبيق من أجل استخراج معلومات الفاتورة أو الرقم المرتبط بها
- تُستخدم البيانات الناتجة فقط لمساعدة المستخدم في تعبئة بيانات المصروف أو الفاتورة
- لا يتم رفع محتوى الباركود أو رمز QR إلى خوادمنا من خلال هذه الميزة، إلا إذا تم توضيح خلاف ذلك داخل التطبيق أو في تحديث لاحق لهذه السياسة
5. استخدام المعلومات
تُستخدم البيانات والصلاحيات للأغراض التالية:
- التحقق من حالة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق
- ربط الاشتراك بحساب المستخدم
- عرض الإعلانات وتحسينها عبر Google AdMob
- تمكين ميزات مسح الفواتير والباركود وتصوير الفواتير عند طلب المستخدم
- تحسين تجربة المستخدم
- الامتثال لسياسات Google Play
6. مشاركة المعلومات
قد تتم مشاركة بعض البيانات مع:
- Google LLC من خلال AdMob وخدمات Google
ولا يتم بيع البيانات أو مشاركتها مع أي أطراف أخرى خارج ما هو مذكور في هذه السياسة.
7. بيانات الميزانية والمصروفات
جميع بيانات الميزانية والمصروفات التي يُدخلها المستخدم:
- تُخزّن محليًا على جهاز المستخدم فقط
- لا يتم رفعها إلى أي خادم خارجي
- لا يمكن للمطور أو أي جهة خارجية الوصول إليها ما دامت محفوظة محليًا فقط على جهاز المستخدم
8. الاشتراكات
عند شراء اشتراك داخل التطبيق:
- يتم ربط الاشتراك بحساب المستخدم (UID)
- يتم التحقق من الاشتراك عبر Google Play
- يتم تخزين حالة الاشتراك فقط على الخادم لأغراض التحقق
9. حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكن للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت عبر التواصل على البريد الإلكتروني التالي:

عند طلب الحذف، سيتم تنفيذ الآتي:
- حذف بيانات الاشتراك المرتبطة بالمستخدم على الخادم
- حذف أي بيانات مرتبطة بالحساب محفوظة على الخادم
- عدم إمكانية استرجاع البيانات بعد تنفيذ الحذف
ملاحظة: بيانات الميزانية والمصروفات وملفات الفواتير المحفوظة محليًا على الجهاز
يمكن حذفها من خلال حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف.
10. تصدير تقارير Excel
يوفر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية لتصدير تقرير Excel يحتوي على بيانات المصروفات والفواتير التي قام المستخدم بحفظها داخل التطبيق.
- قد يحتوي تقرير Excel على بيانات مثل مبلغ المصروف، التاريخ، التصنيف، الملاحظات، اسم المورد أو البائع، الرقم الضريبي، مبلغ الضريبة، ورقم الفاتورة عند توفرها
- يتم إنشاء ملف Excel محليًا داخل التطبيق عند طلب المستخدم فقط
- يختار المستخدم مكان حفظ ملف Excel على جهازه حسب نظام التشغيل أو مدير الملفات المتاح
- لا يتم رفع ملف Excel إلى خوادمنا من خلال هذه الميزة
- لا يتم إرسال ملف Excel إلى أي طرف ثالث من خلال هذه الميزة
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حفظ ملف Excel في مكان آمن، لأن الملف قد يحتوي على بيانات مالية أو ضريبية خاصة به
11. النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة
يوفر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية لإنشاء نسخة احتياطية محلية من بيانات HomiGo Budget عند طلب المستخدم فقط.
- قد تحتوي النسخة الاحتياطية على بيانات الميزانية والمصروفات والتصنيفات والإعدادات المحلية
- قد تحتوي النسخة الاحتياطية أيضًا على ملفات الفواتير PDF المرتبطة بالمصروفات إذا كانت موجودة على جهاز المستخدم وقت إنشاء النسخة
- يتم إنشاء النسخة الاحتياطية كملف محلي يختار المستخدم مكان حفظه على جهازه
- لا يتم رفع ملف النسخة الاحتياطية أو ملفات الفواتير إلى خوادمنا من خلال هذه الميزة
- عند الاستعادة، يتم قراءة ملف النسخة الاحتياطية الذي يختاره المستخدم واستعادة البيانات محليًا داخل التطبيق
- إذا كانت النسخة الاحتياطية تحتوي على ملفات فواتير، يتم نسخها إلى مساحة التطبيق المحلية وتحديث مساراتها داخل بيانات المصروفات
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حفظ ملف النسخة الاحتياطية في مكان آمن، لأن أي شخص يحصل على هذا الملف قد يتمكن من الوصول إلى البيانات الموجودة داخله.
12. الفئة العمرية
التطبيق مخصص للمستخدمين الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا أو أكثر، ولا يستهدف الأطفال.
13. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر أي تحديث داخل التطبيق أو على صفحة المتجر أو في هذه الصفحة.

This policy explains how HomiGo Budget handles data and permissions when using the application.
Privacy Policy – HomiGo Budget
HomiGo Budget is committed to protecting user privacy and being transparent about how data and permissions are used inside the app.
1. Information Collection
The app does not directly collect sensitive personal information such as phone numbers or addresses
as a core part of its usage.
The app may use certain account-related data for operational purposes, such as:
- User Identifier (UID) through Firebase Authentication when signing in with Google
- Subscription data such as subscription status and expiry date
The app may also use third-party services such as Google AdMob, which may automatically collect technical data, including:
- Advertising ID
- Device type and operating system
- General app usage information
- IP address indirectly
2. Camera Permission
The app may request camera access only when the user directly uses invoice-related features,
such as scanning a QR code or barcode, or taking a picture of an invoice to attach it to an expense.
- Camera permission is requested only when actually needed for scanning or capturing
- The camera is used only to read QR/barcodes or capture an invoice image at the user’s request
- The camera is not used without direct user interaction
- The camera is not used in the background
3. Invoice Capture and Storage
When using the invoice capture feature inside the app:
- The invoice image is captured through the camera only when requested by the user
- The invoice image is converted into a PDF file inside the app
- The PDF file is stored locally only within the app space on the user’s device
- The invoice image or PDF file is not uploaded to our servers through this feature
- The invoice image or PDF file is not sent to any third party through this feature
4. Barcode or QR Scanning
When using barcode or QR code scanning:
- The code content is read inside the app to extract invoice information or related numbers
- The resulting data is used only to help the user fill in expense or invoice details
- The barcode or QR content is not uploaded to our servers through this feature unless otherwise stated inside the app or in a future update of this policy
5. Use of Information
Data and permissions are used for the following purposes:
- Verifying subscription status inside the app
- Linking subscriptions to the user account
- Serving and improving ads through Google AdMob
- Enabling invoice scanning, barcode scanning, and invoice capture at the user’s request
- Improving user experience
- Complying with Google Play policies
6. Sharing Information
Some data may be shared with:
- Google LLC through AdMob and Google services
Data is not sold or shared with any other parties beyond what is stated in this policy.
7. Budget and Expense Data
All budget and expense data entered by the user:
- Is stored locally on the user’s device only
- Is not uploaded to any external server
- Cannot be accessed by the developer or any external party as long as it remains stored locally only on the user’s device
8. Subscriptions
When purchasing a subscription inside the app:
- The subscription is linked to the user account (UID)
- The subscription is verified through Google Play
- Only the subscription status is stored on the server for verification purposes
9. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and related data at any time by contacting:

When a deletion request is made, the following will be done:
- Delete subscription data linked to the user on the server
- Delete any account-related data stored on the server
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion is completed
Note: Budget data, expense data, and invoice files stored locally on the device
can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from phone settings.
10. Excel Report Export
The app provides an optional Excel report export feature that includes expense and invoice data saved by the user inside the app.
- The Excel report may include data such as expense amount, date, category, notes, supplier or seller name, tax number, VAT amount, and invoice number when available
- The Excel file is generated locally inside the app only when requested by the user
- The user chooses where to save the Excel file on the device depending on the operating system or available file manager
- The Excel file is not uploaded to our servers through this feature
- The Excel file is not sent to any third party through this feature
- The user is responsible for keeping the Excel file in a secure place, because it may contain private financial or tax-related data
11. Backup and Restore
The app provides an optional local backup feature for HomiGo Budget data when requested by the user.
- The backup may include budget data, expense data, categories, and local settings
- The backup may also include invoice PDF files linked to expenses if those files exist on the user’s device at the time the backup is created
- The backup is created as a local file and the user chooses where to save it on the device
- The backup file and invoice files are not uploaded to our servers through this feature
- During restore, the app reads the backup file selected by the user and restores the data locally inside the app
- If the backup contains invoice files, they are copied to the app’s local storage and their file paths are updated inside the expense records
The user is responsible for keeping the backup file in a secure place, because anyone with access to the file may be able to access the data stored inside it.
12. Age Group
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed toward children.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, and any update will be published inside the app,
on the store page, or on this page.
